  1. To make paneer stuffing, Add 1tsp red chilli powder, amchur,cumin powder and salt to paneer and mix it well. Slit and deseed the chillies and fill with stuffing..
  2. In another bowl add gram flour,salt and all dry spices.Make a thick batter by adding water then heat 2 tbsp oil and add it to batter. Mix it well and batter is ready..
  3. Now coat chillies with the batter and deep fry in hot oil till evenly fried, serve hot with chutney of your choice..
